Water Pollution
Water pollution is the contamination of natural water bodies by chemical, physical, radioactive or pathogenic microbial substances.
Some consider that water pollution may occur from natural causes such as sedimentation from severe rainfall events; however, natural causes, including volcanic eruptions and algae blooms from natural causes constitute a minute amount of the instances of world water pollution. The most problematic of water pollutants are microbes that induce disease, since their sources may be construed as natural, but a preponderance of these instances result from human intervention in the environment or human everpopulation phenomena.
Air Pollution
Air pollution occurs when certain toxic gases in contact with the particles of the atmosphere, seriously impairing and harmful to human health, animals and plants.
Air pollution causes serious effects on humans causing coughing, eye and throat irritation, respiratory problems, nervous and cardiovascular reaching cause cancer.
The segment of the population most affected by this contamination are pregnant, patients with respiratory complications, the elderly and children.
Ozone layer consists of three oxygen molecules, one more than what is in the air we breathe. This layer is important because it protects us from the sun's ultraviolet rays.
Noise Pollution
Noise pollution is caused by everything unpleasant or unwanted sound for the listener, but this will always depend on the sensitivity of each person. But from a certain volume all people feel uncomfortable.
Noise pollution has specific characteristics that differentiate it from other contaminants:
It is cheaper to produce cleaner and requires very little energy to be emitted.
It is complex to measure and quantify.
It leaves no residue, has no cumulative effect on the environment, but it can have a cumulative effect on their effects in man.
Some physiological and psychological reactions that arise from overly loud sounds originate from the natural desire for self-protection. Wild animals react to sounds an alarm, so they are more aware of possible risks.
