what is healthy food: are those ingredients lack, or do not contain large quantities that can generate any degenerative disease when consumption is repeated.
It is appropriate for the nutritional purposes.

what is junk food: contains, in general, high levels of fat, salt, condiments, sugars (that stimulate appetite and thirst, which has great commercial interest for establishments that provide that kind of food) and numerous food additives such as glutamate MSG (flavor enhancer) or tartrazine (food coloring).

·        Fruits: Banana, strawberries, lemon, pineapple, grape, apple, coconut, avocado, melon and orange.

·        Vegetables: Onion, potato, cucumber, tomato, cayenne, cabbage, carrot, squash, coriander and lettuce.

·        Grains: rice, corn, oatmeal, wheat, cebada, amaranto, centeno, quinoa, chia and soy.

·        Meat: Beef, chicken, pork, turkey, lamb, ham, fish, venison, rabbit and duck.

·        Drinks: juice, coffee, beer, soda and malt               

·        Sweets: Three sweet milk, cracker, candy and budin.

·         Oil: fries fried chicken, pork, rice with pork, fried meat, butter, vegetable oils, cheese, margarine and egg.

·         Trosh Food: pizza, burgers, tacos, lasagna, hot dog.
